Introducing about Having Pre Wedding Photos in Maldives
Maldives is a great countries located in the south of Srilanka and a lot of airlines that will serve your flight to Velana International Airport, through here I highly suggest you to browse your ticket immediately and book it at least 3 months before your departure.
I commonly used jetradar or Compare prices on flights with Skyscanner to check and book my ticket, and once you landed in Velana than all you need to do is go to your resort’s counter just outside the terminal building. If your flight landed in Male after 4 pm than you must get a 1 night transit because there is no speedboat or seaplane after it because of the weather.
If you going to book a cheap transit hotel in Male City than I suggest you to use booking.com, they come with great feature as pay later or free cancellation.
If I stay in Lux* South Ari Atoll for my 1st pre wedding, than here I will stay in Angsana Velavaru, a beautiful 5 star resort that located about 180 km from Male City and need to fly with amazing double propeller seaplane within 45 minutes.
Pre Wedding Photos in Maldives for Denise and Joel
I arrive in Angsana at 10 am and directly goes to Denise’s room located in a water villa area which is need to use a private speedboat that operated by Angsana in every hour. My wife Nina do her make up and hair do projects while I start to shoot Joel for the groom’s portrait session.
This couple hiring me for 2 sessions so we gonna have 12 hours of total within 2 days. Our first session start at 1 pm noon and it is so hot even I got my skin burn just within an hour than we do it till the end of sunset golden time. Once we get enough sleep at night than we continue for tomorrow sunrise shooting.
Nina start to touch up Denise at 3.30 am cause we got the info that we must stand by at 5.15 to wait for the sunrise time, we did our second session till 11 am and it’s totally ended at 11.30 am, truly amazing experience that I ever had!
What I really thankful is about the weather, Denise just told me that there is a heavy rain in Angsana just 1 day before the pre wedding photos and if we got a rain than it’s quit challenging for me to shoot.
Once again God is SO AMAZING! after the cloudy day, he gave us a clear sky, nice weather, star night, rainbow, and more more more and more magnificent weather for us.
I spent very good time with Denise and Joel, we got a nice dinner and lunch together and everything is having great for this two days session.
