I’m pretty sure that you want to wear your bridal or dress in a good body shape so what I can suggest to you is start it immediately and don’ put any excuse on it!
By starting fast you don’t need to do an extreme diet that will effect to your health, do it carefully and discuss with your doctor for what you should do to make your body shape amazing on your big day.
If you have an enough time, it’s better for you to do some exercise or work out rather than having a fast wedding diet program in 21 days even somebody put it as a instant diet program that safe for everyone.

Rather than eat sugar (ice cream, soda, and cake) and carbs than having a protein, healthy fat and vegetables are way better for your diet.
Down here I’m gonna share two options of meal for healthy diet, I know that I’m not a freakin’ good chef but I love cooking for my self and my family during my photography day off, so here are some menus that you can consider:
OPTION 1 – Seared Salmon With Green Peppercorn Sauce
Your 1st meal option will provide 1,182 calories for total in a day so let me explain for what you can have through it:
- Breakfast in 271 calories – you can make an avocado egg toast
- Morning snacks in 63 calories – 3/4 cup of blueberries
- Lunch in 316 calories – you may have 2 cup of mixed greens, 3/4 cup vegetables of your choice (it used to be cucumber and tomatoes), 2/3 cup chickpeas, than 1 tbsp of chopped almonds — this menu will be best with combining of 2 tsp of olive oil and fresh ground pepper
- Afternoon snacks in 62 calories – 1 medium orange
- Dinner in 470 calories – serving Seared Salmon with Green Pepercorn Sauce
