Becoming a wedding photographer is a gift, therefor I could know what my couple need before their marriage, I mean I will know since how they choose the venue till how they do the best effort to slim their body before the big day. - Don’t put any sugar for your morning tea or coffee
- No more black forest cake or cookies before you sleep
- Don’t eat snacks or soda drink that you used to bought from convenient store
2 – Stop Smoke and Start to Work Out in the Gym
No body said that smoking is healthy so stop it right now and use your energy to work out in the gym at least 3 times a week. I know it’s hard but if you never do it before than you can start with small exercise like swimming or jogging once a week.
It always better to train your self step by step rather than push it to the limits cause so many people do it and ended with injury, so lets start small but do it regularly.

The point of this second step is to train your self so in fact you don’t like go the gym that it’s fine, go find something else that you really love to do, my my self love swimming than other so I decide to go to the pool once a week no matter where I am.
If you don’t like swimming than you can find something else but go find your most favorite work out that you can do regularly without ANY exception!
3 – Forget Your Big Mac for Little While
